Ricoh eService can be used in Netscape by configuring the browser to display the website in Internet Explorer Mode:

Launch the Netscape browser and navigate to our website: https://eservice.ricoh.co.uk

Within your Netscape browser, goto the Tools menu and select Options

From the options menu select Site controls

Within the Site Controls menu check the Internet Explorer option and the Enable ActiveX option.

Close your Netscape browser and reopen it. You will now be able to use the Ricoh eService website within Netscape as shown below.
